When David Napier established White House Catering (WHC) in 1987 he had one vision:  To transform his passion for extraordinary cuisine into an uncompromising catering and culinary experience.  His journey began in an unlikely place, out of a converted 38 foot houseboat harbored near the small coastal town of Charles City; his loyal clients from his award-winning Indian Fields Tavern and White House restaurants were onboard literally and figuratively. His business, and his passion for orchestrating events, quickly grew.

Now, over 30 years later, White House Catering is one of the most sought after catering companies in Virginia; and Napier’s elegant private venue, The Old City Bar one of the most popular.
